Located on the southwest corner of Western and Sunnyside Avenues, it replaces a single-story building that was demolished this spring. The permit allowing construction to begin, issued by the City of Chicago on November 29, uses 2405 West Sunnyside Avenue as the building’s address.
Permits were issued on Monday for the construction of a new five-story residential development located at 3821 N Ashland Avenue in Lake View. Base 3 Development are leading the development and plans indicate this will be a five-story building. 360 Design Studio is heading the design.

With 646 W Webster LLC as the listed owner, plans call for three total units, a first-floor private rear deck, a third-floor front-facing private balcony, and a private rooftop deck. The site was previously a two-floor masonry residential building.
Construction permits have been issued for a four-story residential building located at 1940 N Mohawk Street in Lincoln Park. Owned by Mz-1943 Mohawk Development LLC, the new development will feature three total units, as well as a basement, a rear deck, a first-floor balcony, as well as second- and third-floor terraces with pergolas. The rear of the property will also include a three-car garage with a separate rooftop deck. The new construction is set to replace a postmodern-styled four-story residence.
