Permits were issued on Monday for the construction of a new five-story residential development located at 3821 N Ashland Avenue in Lake View. Base 3 Development are leading the development and plans indicate this will be a five-story building. 360 Design Studio is heading the design.
The building will hold 48 dwelling units, most of which will be outfitted with balconies. The plans also show a roof deck, 22 parking spaces, and 40 bike spaces on the ground floor.
Bus service for CTA Route 9 can be easily accessed from the property site. Route 9 is at the Ashland & Grace stop via a one-minute walk south. The nearest CTA L Brown Line can be found at the Paulina station via a 13-minute walk south. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping options along N Ashland Avenue.
4CC LLC will act as the general contractor for the $9.5 million construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.

This is great. Mavreck puts up nice buildings. I’m excited to see them grow and enlarge projects / proposals.
Seriously? from the elevation, it’s pretty basic and bland lacking charm or personality…..another big box with cheap windows.
Anyone know if these will be rental apartments or condos?
