Exterior work is close to the finish line at AMLI 808, a 17-story mixed-use building developed by AMLI in Near North Side. Located at 808 N Wells Street, the 225-foot-tall tower will house expansive ground-level retail and 318 apartments on the upper floors.
Construction is approaching the halfway mark for Salesforce Tower Chicago in River North. Rising 60 stories at 333 W Wolf Point Plaza, the new office building is being developed by Hines as the final act of a three-part masterplan known as Wolf Point.
Construction is making headway for the redevelopment of a former bank and parking lot, located at 932 W Randolph Street in West Loop.
Construction is approaching completion for the condominium and retail conversion of the landmarked 34-story Tribune Tower, located at 435 N Michigan Avenue along Magnificent Mile. CIM Group and Golub & Company have planned the renovation of the tower, built in 1925 in the Gothic Revival style. The Chicago Tribune occupied the building up until it relocated to One Prudential Plaza in 2018. The new plans for the tower include 47,500 square feet of retail in the base, 162 condominiums, and 55,000 square feet of amenities.
