The permit’s owners have been listed as Danielle and Jason Hrzic and Weedon. As of the time of this writing, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there is currently no plans for any future construction.
Demolition permits have been issued for a two-story frame residential building and a detached masonry garage, located at 3712 N Marshfield Avenue in Lake View. The permit’s owner has been filed under the name Westford Development LLC. As of now the property is zoned for RS-3 Residential Single-Unit District, which permits both single-family homes and two-flats. RS-3 also allows for a floor area ratio (FAR) of 0.9, whereby any new development may hold up to 90 percent of the square footage of the containing lot. As of now, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade this zoning designation.
