A demolition permit has been issued for a two-story, multi-unit coach house in the rear at 1415 W Lexington Street in the Near West Side neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Danielle and Jason Hrzic and Weedon. As of the time of this writing, no plans appear to have been submitted to upgrade any of the zoning designations for this property and there is currently no plans for any future construction.

The closest bus service for Route 7 can be found at the intersection of Harrison & Loomis via a four-minute walk northeast. The nearest CTA access is the Pink Line at the Polk station via a nine-minute walk southwest. There is plenty of green space available at Arrigo (Victor) Park which is a one-minute walk east.

There are a number of popular restaurants and retail options a six-minute walk south along West Taylor Street.

Taylor Excavating & Construction is serving as the demolition contractor. At the time of this writing, no construction permits have been filed or issued.
