A demolition permit was issued yesterday for a two-story frame residence along with a detached frame garage located at 1939 W Cornelia Avenue in the North Center neighborhood. The permit’s owners have been listed as Bryan and Katherine Robinson.
In terms of transportation access, the closest bus option is Route 50. This route can be found at the intersection of Damen & Cornelia via a one-minute walk west. The CTA L Brown line can be found at the Addison station via a five-minute walk east.
Taylor Excavating & Construction is serving as the demolition contractor on this project. At the time of publication, no plans have been submitted for any future developments.
