A courtesy presentation was given to the Chicago Plan Commission for the second-phase of the LeClaire Courts redevelopment at 4458 S Cicero Avenue in Garfield Ridge. Located on the corner with W 45th Street, the proposal will replace the former home of the public housing project of the same name. The Chicago Housing Authority has advanced the first phase of the LeClaire Courts redevelopment at 4458 S Cicero Avenue in Garfield Ridge. Located on the intersection with W 45th Street, the new project replaces the massive vacant lot once home to a public housing project. Developed by The Habitat Company and Cabrera Capital Partners, the SCB-designed complex will sit next to the new Cultivate Collective community hub.
Leasing has started for six new penthouses at The Belden-Stratford, a Beaux-Arts apartment building in Lincoln Park, following a recent full-building renovaction. Located at 2300 N Lincoln Park West, the property overlooks the Lincoln Park Zoo and Conservatory. The building, constructed in 1923, is on the National Register of Historic Places and now offers 209 rental units. Monthly rents vary from $2,500 to $15,000, with penthouse prices starting at $7,250.
