Work has reached full height at 320 N Sangamon Street, a 13-story, primarily office building nearing completion in West Loop‘s Fulton Market neighborhood. 320 N Sangamon Street is being developed as a joint venture by Mark Goodman & Associates and Tishman Speyer.
YIMBY has updated pictures for the new condominiums being integrated into the former Chicago Tribune headquarters at 435 N Michigan Avenue on Magnificent Mile. The iconic 36-story, 470-foot-tall tower was completed in 1925 after its architects John Mead Howells and Raymond Hood won the 260-entry competition to design as beautiful an office building as possible, hosted by the Tribune paper itself.

Transit in the area includes the bus route 8 stop at Halsted & Fulton Market. CTA L access includes Morgan station along the Green and Pink Lines, just one block south of Fulton Market. The area has been noted previously for its growing vibrancy amongst a slew of new restaurants, bars, and mixed-use development.

The site lies at the intersection of N Sangamon Street and W Wayman Street in West Loop’s Fulton Market neighborhood. Nearby bus lines include Route 8 at Halsted & Lake, which is a six-minute walk to the southeast. Also nearby is the CTA L Morgan Station, a three-minute walk southwest.
