Demolition work is complete on an 1890-built residential building at 908 West Fullerton Avenue just north of the DePaul University campus in Lincoln Park. A demolition permit was issued for the site on February 25, and was carried out by Carlos Group Inc. of Chicago. Real estate records the the building was sold to Pro Homes of SUmmit, IL earlier this year for $1.485 million.

Two permits have been issued by the city that allow a developer to build a pair of single-family residences in the 4000 block of North Albany Avenue in Irving Park. North Albany LLC, registered in Deerfield, IL, received a permit for 4017 North Albany on April 3, and one for 4015 North Albany on April 10. Both applications were filed on March 6 of this year, and both show a reported cost of $650,000.

Dubbed Hudson on the Parks for their proximity to Sedgwick Park, Bauler Park, and Hudson Chess Park, the residences are being built by Pro-Homes of Summit, IL, who are performing general contractor duties as well as being the project’s developer. The building has topped out, with most of the brickwork having been completed on both the residential building and the garage.
