Coming soon to take its place will be a three-story with basement, two-unit residential building from developer and general contractor Pro-Homes of Summit, IL. The new construction permit, issued almost two months before demo was approved, calls for a masonry residence with a detached two-car garage. Both structures will be topped by roof decks. The permit lists Michael Cox as the architect of record, and estimates construction costs at $1.2 million.
