Hudson On The Parks Adding Two Condominium Units In Old Town

Two new condominium units are coming online at 1834 North Hudson Avenue in Lincoln Park’s Old Town Neighborhood. Dubbed Hudson on the Parks for their proximity to Sedgwick Park, Bauler Park, and Hudson Chess Park, the residences are being built by Pro-Homes of Summit, IL, who are performing general contractor duties as well as being the project’s developer. The building has topped out, with most of the brickwork having been completed on both the residential building and the garage.

Exterior Work At 840 West Lill Avenue Making Rapid Progress In Lincoln Park

A three-story, two-unit luxury condominium building at 840 West Lill Avenue in Lincoln Park continues to make rapid progress toward completion. The previous residence on the site, a single-family farmhouse that was built in 1860 and sold in May of this year, was demolished in July, with work on the new homes getting started before August began.

Just two weeks after we saw demolition work getting started at 840 West Lill Avenue in Lincoln Park, foundation work for the new building has already begun at the site. Built in 1860 and apparently torn down in about the same number of minutes, the old edifice gives way to the new 1840 West Lill, a three-story with basement, two-unit luxury condominium building designed by Michael Cox and Associates and developed by Pro-Homes.

Demolition work has begun on the small blue house at 840 W Lill Avenue in Lincoln Park. Demo contractor Carlos Group is carrying out instructions on a permit issued July 9 to tear down the two-story frame residence and detached garage.

Permit Issued for 2006 N Mohawk in Lincoln Park

A construction permit has been secured for a residential development at 2006 N Mohawk Street in Lincoln Park. This new project, led by 2006 Mohawk LLC, involves the construction of a four-story masonry building housing three dwelling units, including a duplex on the first floor and basement. The new development will replace a two-story frame residence.

New construction permits have been issued for a three-story residential building located at 1037 W Webster Avenue in Lincoln Park. The owner is listed as 1037 W Webster LLC and plans indicate that there will be three total dwelling units and a basement along with a detached three-vehicle masonry garage and a rooftop deck.

New Permits Issued for 1719 N Burling Street in Lincoln Park

A permit was issued yesterday for new construction of a four-story residential building at 1719 N Burling Street in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The owner is listed as 1719-21 Burling LLC, and the current plans indicate this project will yield a total of eight dwelling units. This will be an elevator building, and will also include a basement, a rooftop deck, as well as a detached eight-car garage. The development will replace a previous structure on the site which according to records, was approved for demolition in July 2021.
