Bus service for Route 37 and can be found at the intersection of Webster & Bissell via a three-minute walk east. The nearest CTA Red, Brown, and Purple Lines are available at Fullerton station via a seven-minute walk north of the property site. There are many popular restaurants and retail options within five minutes of the property.
Pro Homes Inc will serve as the general contractor for the $850,000 build. There are currently no timelines available for the construction.
