Now the development team of Cogswell Realty and Erol Stapleton have presented the M Moser Associates-designed building to the community.
Details have been revealed for a new mixed-use development at 1016 W Lake Street in Fulton market. Located on the intersection with N Carpenter Street, the project would replace a surface parking lot next to a strip of townhomes facing the train tracks. The proposal is being led by a team made up of New York-based Cogswell Realty and Chicago-based Erol Stapleton, with M Moser Associates working on the design.
Construction is nearly complete at 1431 W Taylor Street in Little Italy. Led by real estate investor and hotelier Jonathan Gordon, the existing structure has been converted into a 35-room hotel with retail space on the ground floor.
Updated plans have been revealed for the adaptive reuse of the Mid-City Trust & Savings Bank at 801 W Madison Street in the West Loop. Located on the intersection with N Halsted Street on the northern boundary of Greektown, the proposal has just received approval from the Permit Review Committee this week. Developer ECG Madison LLC is working with Pappageorge Haymes Partners on the curated design.
The Prime Group’s 28-story hotel at 150 E Ontario Street is fast approaching structural completion in the Streeterville neighborhood.
