The proposed zoning has been approved for a six-story mixed-use development at 835 W Addison Street in Lakeview East. Located at the intersection of W Addison Street and N Reta Avenue, the new project will replace the existing Lakeview Lutheran Church. The church is collaborating with Over the Rainbow Association to execute the project.

Work is rapidly nearing completion for a mixed-use, multi-building development known as 1100 W Fulton Market, located within West Loop‘s Fulton Market neighborhood. The project has been developed by Fulton St. Companies, with additional backing from Huizenga Capital Management. Herman Miller, which recently began leasing the 1100 W Fulton Market property, will serve as the single tenant for the buildings. Herman Miller’s new space will include its retail offerings and a showroom on the first floor, and accessory office space on the floors above.
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved a new 15-story office development at 609 W Randolph Street in West Loop Gate. The project site is on an interior lot along W Randolph Street between N Jefferson Street and N Des Plaines Street. The Clinton CTA station, serviced by the Green and Pink Lines, is a four-minute walk away from the site. The Ogilvie Transportation Center is only a three-minute walk away. Vista Property Group is in charge of the development.
