A foundation is being dug out, and piles have been driven into the ground, for the new residential development at 4529 North Western Avenue in Lincoln Square. Two structures with dwelling units and commercial spaces at 4529 and 4531 were demolished in October of last year to clear the site for the project. Western Front LLC, an entity registered in Buffalo Grove, is the developer.
