The developer, Marta Landrosh Properties, plans for ground-level retail and 14 total condominium dwellings on the upper four floors. This new project is set to replace a former one-story masonry commercial building.

Filed under the owner 2910 W Montrose LLC, the project is set to yield 18 residential units, commercial space, and a parking garage with 31 spaces. This new construction will be replacing a former parking lot.
Demolition is now complete at the future site of Madison + Carpenter, a planned six-story development to be located at 6 N Carpenter Street in West Loop. ZSD is the developer of the mixed-use building, which will yield ground-level retail and 13 condominiums on its upper five floors. The site was previously occupied by four low-rise commercial buildings.

Developed by ZSD Corp and located officially at 6 N Carpenter Street, the mixed-use project will house ground-level retail and 13 condominiums on the upper floors.
Structural work has reached the fourth floor for 949 W Dakin Street, a seven-story mixed-use project planned by Draper & Kramer and located in Lake View. Programming will consist of 13,000 square feet of commercial space at ground level, divided into 1,300- and 2,200-square-foot units. The six upper floors will house a total of 120 apartments, 108 of which will be single bedrooms and the remaining 12 as two-bedrooms.
