This project, a collaboration between developer Mike Krueger and SPACE Architects + Planners, replaces an existing single-story commercial building and its adjoining parking area.
New permits have been issued for a four-story residential building to be located at 714 W Aldine Avenue in Lake View East near Boystown. The owner is listed under 712-714 Aldine, LLC. The permit lists Michael S Cox as the architect of record. No plans or renderings have been made public, however, the permit indicates that this will be a masonry build with a total of six units. The building will include both a basement and a roof deck. The property will include a detached six-vehicle garage with a flat roof and a six-foot-tall wrought iron fence around the property.
