Construction is approaching full height for a 19-story mixed-use building at 210 N Aberdeen Street in Fulton Market. LG Development Group has planned the 214-foot-tall structure to be situated on an L-shaped site. This structure will feature 10,700 square feet of retail space and 363 apartment units.
The exterior walls have been placed for HUGO, a two-building mixed-use project by LG Development in River North. Located at 751 N Hudson Avenue and 411 W Chicago Avenue, the pair of nine-story structures will encompass a total of 230,000 square feet of floor space. This project will bring a total of 227 new apartments to the neighborhood, as well as 19,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The two buildings will be situated close to one another, separated by an existing two-story, masonry low rise.
Rising into the 26th place on our year-end countdown is the mixed-use development at 210 N Aberdeen Street in the West Loop. The team at LG Development Group worked with local architecture firm NORR on its design with Power Construction executing on the plans.

LG Development Group has planned to construct a 214-foot-tall structure that will sit on an L-shaped site. The building will include 10,700 square feet of retail space and 363 apartment units. The scope and design have changed slightly prior to construction, having reduced the total units from 414 residences and the height from 239 feet.
