Developed in partnership between JK Equities, Time Equities, and Oak Capitals, plans have pivoted from 506 condominiums to 738 rentals after an initial construction hiatus. In late 2021 following this two-year pause, the developers received a $304.5 million loan from Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank for work to resume. The design by the late Helmut Jahn has shifted only slightly with a small height reduction.
