Renderings have been revealed of the updated design for 1000M, a residential tower located at 1000 S Michigan Avenue in South Loop. Located on an empty lot, the site fronts S Michigan Avenue midblock between E 9th Street and E 11th Street. Time Equities and JK Equities are the developers behind the project.
A zoning application was filed late last month with a revised design for the stalled 1000M skyscraper, located at 1000 S Michigan Avenue in South Loop.
Steel construction has reached the third floor of 1404 W Monroe Street, a seven-story residential building in West Loop. Developed by JK Equities and marketed as 1400 Monroe, the condominium development will provide 42 condominium units, parking for 42 vehicles, and 22 reserved bike spaces.

Permits were been issued earlier this summer, with construction since progressing rapidly on the West Loop project, comprising 42 condominium units.
Foundation work is progressing at 1400 Monroe, located at 1400 W Monroe Street in the West Loop neighborhood.
