A permit was approved earlier this week for a new three-story residential building to be located at 4433 S Prairie Avenue in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood. The owner is listed as James Nahon and plans indicate this project will yield three total units, each with a rear open porch. Additionally, the permits include a detached three-car garage. The development will replace a vacant lot. Nahon has been issued several permits for this area some of which we have previously reported upon.

The other half of this parcel will be occupied by a similar-scale development with the address 4105 S Prairie Avenue. However, permits for this second building have not yet been issued.
