The new development will replace a previously vacant lot.

Gary Wands of Door Thirteen Architects is serving as the architect of record. No drawings or renderings have been made available, and it is unclear if the structure will be frame or masonry.
Nearby public transportation options include north and southbound stops for Route 3, available via a four-minute walk southeast to King Drive & 41st Street. Additional bus service comprises of Route 39, whose closest access point is available at Pershing & Giles, is a five-minute walk north. Those looking to board the CTA L will find Green Line trains available at Indiana station via a four-minute walk northwest.
Parks in the near vicinity include Poplar Park to the southwest and Bronzeville Dog Park to the northwest.
Allbright Construction LLC is the general contractor for the $450,000 project. A full completion timeline is not yet known.
