Construction permits have been issued for a three-floor residential development at 1932 N Drake Avenue in Logan Square. Drake 1934 LLC is the listed owner, who plans four total units, a basement, a rooftop deck and stair enclosures, a wood trellis, and front and rear decks along all three floors. A car port for four vehicles will also be included.

Additional features will include a common rooftop deck area, as well as private terraces and balconies for occupants.
