Zoning variances have now been approved for a seven-story mixed-use development at 3440 N Broadway in Lakeview East. Formerly occupied by a two story parking facility, the project site is located directly south of Optima’s now-complete Optima Lakeview.
With much of the foundation work complete and the tower crane now in place, initial construction is making progress for a five-story mixed-use building at 3501 N Halsted Street in Lake View East.
Brickwork and glass installation is now nearing the top of 345 N Morgan Street, an 11-story mixed-use development in West Loop’s Fulton Market district. Under development by Sterling Bay, the 200,000 square feet of programming includes ground-floor retail and offices on the above floors.
Caisson work has begun for the new Howard Brown Health Clinic at 3501 N Halsted Street in Lake View East. The five-story development will replace a former low rise retail building at the corner of Halsted & Cornelia.
Brick cladding can be seen for Sterling Bay’s 345 N Morgan Street, an 11-story mixed-use development in Fulton Market. This 200,000-square-foot edifice will house a mix of ground-level retail and offices above. Prior to construction, the site was occupied by a low-rise masonry building. The replacing structure will measure 178 feet in height despite the relatively low floor count.
