The owner is listed as 2640 N Bosworth LLC, and the current plans indicate this project will yield four total dwelling units with balconies and rear porches accessible by a staircase. The structure will also have a basement, rooftop enclosure, as well as a four-car garage. The development will replace a previous structure on the site.

The owner is listed as 2219 Clybourn LLC, and plans indicate this project will yield 12 total dwelling units on the second through fifth floors. Each unit will be outfitted with a rear balcony and a metal porch. The first floor will feature two retail spaces and a rear garage. The development will replace a previous structure on the site.

1913 N Halsted Street Wraps Up in Lincoln Park

Final touches are wrapping up for a. new four-story, dual-unit residential building at 1913 N Halsted Street in Lincoln Park. Joseph Debella Jr of New Plan Inc is the owner and developer of the edifice, which comes with two parking spaces at grade and a rooftop deck. The structure has replaced a former two-story frame building with a masonry basement level.

Steel Progresses to Third Story of 1039-41 W Belmont Avenue in Lake View

Structural work has reached the third floor of 1039-41 W Belmont Avenue, a four-story mixed-use building currently underway in Lake View. Cumin Restaurant is the occupying owner, filed under the name Kathmandu Properties in the original construction permit. The new structure will replace a former two-story masonry building that received demolition permits in May 2019.

Four separate construction permits have been issued for four adjacent residential buildings, located at 1437-43 N California Avenue near the northwest corner of West Town. Developed by 1437 North California LLC, each of the two-story buildings will include two units, a basement, a rooftop deck and enclosure, a rear wooden porch, and a detached three-car garage. All four residences will replace a currently vacant grass lot.
