A permit was approved on Wednesday for a new three-story residential building at 2640 N Bosworth Avenue in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The owner is listed as 2640 N Bosworth LLC, and the current plans indicate this project will yield four total dwelling units with balconies and rear porches accessible by a staircase. The structure will also have a basement, rooftop enclosure, as well as a four-car garage. The development will replace a previous structure on the site.

Victor Drapszo of Red Architects Ltd is listed as the architect of record. At the time of this writing, no drawings or renderings have been disclosed, however, plans suggest a masonry exterior.

The closest bus service available is Route 9 and can be found at Ashland & Wrightwood via a three-minute walk south. The CTA Red, Brown, and Purple Lines can be accessed at the Fullerton station via a 19-minute walk southeast.

There is an abundance of retail and dining options steps away from the planned project along W Diversey Parkway.

Next Level Construction Inc will act as the general contractor for the $600,000 construction. A full timeline and an anticipated completion date have not yet been revealed.
