With Sustainabuild LLC as the listed owner, the project will yield three total dwellings, along with a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, a basement, and a rear deck and staircase spanning all three levels. The development will also offer residents a detached three-car garage with a separate rooftop deck. The new construction is set to replace a two-story frame residential building.
Construction is nearing completion for a four-story mixed-use building, known as “The Mid,” located at 2423 W Fullerton Avenue in Logan Square. Sustainabuild is the developer behind the project, which includes ground-level retail, 21 total units, and a 21-car garage at the first floor.
