The development, filed under 1917 Jefferson Partners, LLC, will provide four total units, as well as a basement, a rooftop deck, and rooftop stair enclosure. Parking will consist of a two-car garage integrated in the first floor, as well as a detached two-car garage. The developer had also received an approval in 2019 to integrate residential use in the ground floor. The new structure is set to replace a previously vacant lot.
