Renderings have been revealed for a proposed office development at 917 W Fulton Market in Fulton Market. Located on a rectangular site, the new building will span from W Fulton Market to S Lake Street along N Sangamon Street. The project scope also includes an existing warehouse building at 900 W Lake Street. Fulton Street Companies is the developer behind the proposal.
Foundation permits were recently issued for Inspire West Town, a planned eight-story mixed-use building located at 1140 W Erie Street in West Town.

The Chicago CTA L station, serviced by the Blue Line can be accessed within a one-minute walk from the site. The 56 and 66 CTA bus routes can be accessed at the intersection of N Milwaukee Avenue, N Ogden Avenue, and W Chicago Avenue, also a one-minute walk from the site.
