Onni Group‘s 41-story residential tower, known as The Grand, is wrapping up its remaining exterior touches at 369 W Grand Avenue in River North. At 449 feet tall, The Grand ranks 19th in YIMBY’s end-of-year countdown for tallest new developments.
Recent photos show demolition progress of an existing two-story masonry building, helping to clear the way for a new 11-story residential building at 1454 W Randolph Street in West Loop. Planned by Marquette Companies, the development will consist of 242 units, ranging in size from smaller studios/convertibles to larger one- and two-bedroom units.
