The owner is listed as Jack Properties LLC, and plans indicate this project will yield three total dwelling units. Each unit will be outfitted with an open deck and rear stair access. The plans also indicate the presence of a three-car parking pad behind the structure. The development will replace a previously vacant lot.

Construction permits have now been approved for a three-story, three-unit residential development planned for Woodlawn‘s 6506 S Ingleside Avenue. The listed owner, GA Roslyn LLC, also plans for a three-story rear metal stairs and covered porch, as well as a three-car rear parking pad. The new construction will be adjacent to a second building located at 6508 S Ingleside Avenue, also planned by GA Roslyn LLC. Both structures will replace a vacant grass parcel.

Dubbed Park Station, the building will rise on a currently empty lot surrounded by various retail buildings, and bound by E 63rd Street to the north and S Maryland Avenue to the west. Designed by FitzGerald Associates, developers Michaels Developments and DL3 Realty aim to bring 58 residential units to the South Side neighborhood.
