Demolition permits have been issued for the removal of a three-story multi-unit masonry residence located at 910 N Wood Street in West Town’s East Village neighborhood. Permits were most recently submitted for the property in 2021 for the current structure.
A caisson permit has been issued for the parking garage portion of a major new warehouse and distribution center in West Town, just west of the river at 1104 N Elston Avenue. This 405-vehicle garage segment will be located at the southern end of the 11-acre property and will connect directly to the new Class A warehouse building via a skybridge. The project as a whole is being developed by Logistics Property Company and designed by Ware Malcomb.

The parcel address is 2258 W Erie Street and the permit owner has been listed as Faha Management and plans show this will be a two-flat, with a basement level and a rooftop deck. The building will feature rear decks on the first and second floors as well as a connecting metal egress stair.

The permit owner is once again listed as 2609-11 W Haddon LLC and plans will include five units, a basement level, a rooftop deck, and two detached garages for a total of five vehicles. The building will feature a front deck on the second floor and rear decks on the first and third floors.
Permits were issued on the 29th for the removal of a two-story residential building located at 831 N Maplewood Avenue in West Town. The permit owner is listed as 831 N Maplewood LLC and they were also issued a permit for a new construction back in early October. The new building plans consist of three total units, a basement level, a rooftop deck, front and rear decks, and a detached three-vehicle garage with its own rooftop deck.
