The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) and Department of Planning and Development (DPD) have revealed two proposals for their joint RFP at 12 East 95th Street. New Construction Permit Follows June Demolition At 950 West Willow Street In Lincoln Park

The replacement permit was issued on Tuesday, September 1 for an 1888-built multi-unit residence in Lincoln Park that was permitted for demolition back in June. Landex Holding Company LLC now has permission to erect a three-story plus basement, four-unit building at 950 West Willow Street. The permit had been pending in the data portal since April 4, a duration of 150 days, and it came through with a reported cost of $950,000.

3768 North Clark Street construction permitted

Five Dwelling Units Permitted At 3768 North Clark Street In Wrigleyville

A new construction permit has been issued by the City of Chicago for a residential building at 3768 North Clark Street in the Wrigleyville neighborhood. Two buildings at 3768 and 3772 North Clark will be demolished and replaced with a four-story pus basement, five-unit building from developer and general contractor Newell Homes. The permit’s application start date is November 20 of last year, and it came through on August 28 with a reported cost of $1.4 million.
