Exterior construction has concluded at 3501 N Halsted Street, a five-story mixed-use building in Lakeview East. The building will soon function as a central location for Howard Brown Health, a group dedicated to offering a broad spectrum of care for Chicago’s LGBTQ community.
The 73-story residential skyscraper, 1000M, located in South Loop at 1000 S Michigan Avenue, has now officially topped out. This 805-foot-tall project is a collaboration between JK Equities, Time Equities, and Oak Capitals, with an original proposal for 506 condominium units. However, the plan has since been altered to a rental building housing 738 apartments.

The mixed-use development known as “Cassidy on Canal” is close to reaching its full height of 355 feet at 350 N Canal Street in Fulton River District. The structural work for this 33-story building, a product of collaboration between The Habitat Company and Diversified Real Estate Capital LLC, is scheduled to wrap up by the end of July, McHugh announced this past week.
