Sitting near the intersection with W Thorndale Avenue and adjacent to the Broadway Armory Community Center, the building will replace a one-story building and its parking lot. The project is being led by Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation with LBBA Architects working on its design.

Situated at the corner of N Damen Avenue and W Lake Street, this mixed-use building is adjacent to the upcoming CTA Damen Green Line station. The project is a joint venture involving Brinshore Development, The Michaels Organization, and the Chicago Housing Authority, with architectural design by LBBA Architects.
Facade work is advancing toward completion at The Foglia Residences at Chicago Lighthouse, a nine-story mixed-use development located at 1134 S Wood Street in the Illinois Medical District.
