This is the first of two projects slated for the site.

Located on the southwest corner of Roscoe and Bell Avenue, 2233 West Roscoe Street will meet the same fate as next-door neighbor 2239, which was demolished in 2021. Brophy Excavation is names as the demo contractor, with this permit carrying a reported cost of $19,450.
Details have been revealed for a residential development at 3102 N Western Avenue just south of Roscoe Village. Located near the triple intersection with W Belmont Avenue and N Clybourn Avenue, the proposal is being led by a local team under the name 3102 North Western LLC. Local architecture firm MC & Associates is working on its design.
