The permit’s owners have been listed as EZMB LLC. Permits were issued in September for an upcoming single-family residence. The scope of the new project will include two stories and a basement, a rooftop deck, and a rear three-vehicle garage with its own roof deck. EZMB LLC is also serving as the demolition contractor on this project.

The permit’s owners have been listed as Irving Flats LLC and plans indicate there will be first-floor retail space, eight total units spread across the remaining floors including a duplexed basement. The building facade will feature front balconies and two-vehicle and three-vehicle garages at the rear of the building.

Full building permits have been issued for the residential development at 3449 N Ashland Avenue in Lake View. This third and final phase of a larger block-long project will sit on the southeast corner with W Cornelia Avenue and finish the replacement of the Loyola Press building that stood on the site for 97 years. Developed under an LLC for the address, Contemporary Concepts Inc is the company behind the three structures and have been working with Studio Dwell Architects on all of their designs.
