The Chicago City Council has approved the residential development at 3731 N Sheffield Avenue in Wrigleyville. Located just north of the intersection with W Waveland Avenue and Wrigley Field itself, the proposal will replace an empty lot and incorporate the adjacent existing three-flat. Originally revealed in February, developer Mangan Builders is moving forward with the Jonathan Splitt Architects-designed structure.

Located just north of the intersection with W Waveland Avenue and a short walk away from the famed ball park, the proposal would span the two adjoining lots including the one at 3733 N Sheffield next door. Developer Mangan Builders is working with Jonathan Splitt Architects on the project that utilizes a unique approach.

Located just west of the intersection with N Sheffield Avenue and directly north from the namesake Wrigley Field, the new structure will replace an existing three-story residential building erected in 1910. Local developer Glascott Associates proposed the project mid-last year with edits made in the fall prior to applying for rezoning. SPACE Architects + Planners is working on its design.
Updated plans have been revealed for a residential development at 3710 N Kenmore Avenue in Wrigleyville. Located just north of the intersection with W Waveland Avenue behind some of the famed Wrigley Rooftops, the new construction will replace an existing two-story house in the popular area. Local developer Aaron Friedman, who owns multiple properties nearby, is behind the project. At the moment an architect has not been revealed.
Remaining facade touches are now underway for a boutique residential building at 1118 W Patterson Avenue in Lake View’s Wrigleyville neighborhood. The new construction project is situated at the border between residential and commercial zones, and will replace a former pair of masonry low-rise buildings.
