A three-flat masonry construction residential building has topped out at 3721 North Kenmore Avenue in Wrigleyville. At the front of the building, brickwork looks mostly completed, while sets of three window openings on each level await glass installation. Bricks have been laid at the rear of the homes as well, with gaping holes where porches and doors will be.

EZMB is the developer and general contractor, working on designs drawn up by Hanna Architects. The building is to include a rooftop deck, with a rear stairway connecting decks at all three floors. A detached three-car garage off the alley in back will also be topped by a roof deck. A permit to begin construction was issued on September 30 of 2025 after a wait in the Chicago Data Portal of just 26 days. It included a reported cost of $1,198,710. It is presumed the units will be for-sale condominiums, but they do not yet appear in real estate listings.

The three new homes replace an 1891-built multi-family residence that EZMB purchased last year for $925,000, according to real estate records. A demolition permit was issued in July of last year to raze the structure, with Builder Luxury contracted to do the demo work at a reported cost of $18,000.

“within windy-day home run range”
Daniel, now you have to include this with all units up to 1 block from a baseball field. LOL
