City Council Approves Mixed-Use Development at 160 N Elizabeth Street in West Loop

Chicago City Council has fully approved a mixed-use development located at 160 N Elizabeth Street in West Loop. Located at the intersection of W Randolph Street and N Elizabeth Street, the project site is currently occupied by two masonry buildings. The property is bound by a public alley to the north, N Elizabeth Street to the east, W Randolph Street to the south, and a one-story commercial building to the west. Moceri + Roszak is the developer behind the project.

Exterior Construction Completes at Parkline Chicago in The Loop

Exterior work has wrapped up at Parkline Chicago, a 26-story residential building located at 60 E Randolph Street in the northeast corner in The Loop. Planned by Moceri + Roszak and rising 293 feet, the new development will house 190 apartment up to the 19th floor, then 24 condominiums on the 20th to 25th floors. These residences will be priced between $1.42 million and $2.25 million.

Renderings have been revealed for a proposed 27-story mixed-use development at 160 N Elizabeth Street in West Loop. Located at the intersection of W Randolph Street and N Elizabeth Street, the corner site is currently home to a cluster of low-rise masonry buildings. Moceri + Roszak are the developers behind the project.

Sitting at the northeast corner of N Wabash Avenue and E Randolph Street, the centrally located site has a myriad of nearby transportation options. Access to the Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, and Purple CTA L Lines is available via a three-minute walk northwest to State & Lake Station. Access to the Red Line is available via a two-minute walk west to Lake Station. Additionally, bus stops include Michigan & Lake/Randolph, which is a three-minute walk east and serviced by ten different routes, as well as State & Lake and State & Randolph, both a two-minute walk west and serviced by five different routes.
