Located just south of the intersection with E 83rd Street, the proposal will be replacing a long term vacant lot. The project, which has a budget of $250,000, plans to bring modern updates and essential repairs to the residential property at the address.
A demolition permit was issued to remove a two-story frame building located at 7946 S Parnell Avenue in the Chatham neighborhood. Very few details have emerged as to any plans for future development. KLF Enterprises will be serving as the demolition contractor for the building.
