Located near the intersection with N Claremont Avenue and encompassing the whole of the St. Matthias rectory, the proposal has gone through several iterations and options due to neighbors complaining about an increase in density. Now CKG Realty Group can move forward with their revised plan for redeveloping the site.

Developer CKG Realty Group now has returned with two updated proposals after locals turned down the previous design due to its size and design.
Demolition permits were issued to remove a two-story multi-unit masonry residence along with a detached frame garage located at 3923 N Hoyne Avenue in North Center. The permit’s owner is listed as 3923 N Hoyne LLC.
New renderings and details have emerged for 3950-3959 N Damen Avenue in North Center, where developers Orchard Development Group and Ravine Park Partners are planning a mixed-use development spanning two blocks. As proposed, the complex would provide a mix of new apartments with affordable options (20 percent of the units for those making up to 60 percent AMI), retail space, and a 3,000-square-foot public plaza.
