Led by Structured Development, under the affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO), the program targets households earning up to 120% of the area median income. Fulfilling the ARO obligation for Structured’s Wendelin Park in Clybourn Corridor, these 40 townhomes are required to remain affordable for at least 30 years, with oversight by the Chicago Housing Trust (CHT).
