The subject parcel, currently vacant, will see a three-story frame structure erected holding three dwelling units. At 3018 West Polk, developer Eisley Homes LLC received a new construction permit on July 24 to erect a three-story, three-unit home. After waiting 100 days in the data portal since its application start date of April 15, the permit came through with a reported cost of $400,000.
