Plans for the next phase of the affordable project dubbed Harvest Homes are moving forward as a zoning application has been applied for. Harvest Homes II Apartments is located at 3456 W 5th Avenue on the corner with S Homan Avenue within East Garfield Park, sitting just east of the project’s multi-building first phase completed in 2017.

Plans for this second phase were announced nearly a year ago, when the mayor and other local representatives gathered to reveal the plans and announce a summer 2025 groundbreaking. Now, developer NHP Foundation is staying on schedule and progressing on the building designed by local firm UrbanWorks on the peculiar wedge lot.
