A construction permit has been issued by the City of Chicago to create a surface parking lot at 1314 South Pulaski Road in North Lawndale. The permit, which came through on March 13 following an application filed on August 6, 2024, calls for 12 parking spaces next to Work Of His Hands Ministries.

The permit names Frank Brim as the site owner; Tracey Brim is the pastor of the church. Aptus is listed as the architect of record, while LA Keys Construction will be the general contractor. Build cost is estimated to be $50,000. The parking spaces replace a vacant lot to the north of the church.

The Pulaski Pink Line elevated platform is about six blocks south; the Route 53 bus can be used as a connection to and from the church.
