A permit for the construction of a new three-story, three-unit residential building at 2708 West Jackson Boulevard in East Garfield Park. The permit was applied for on September 3 and issued on October 28.
Construction work will include erecting the new building, a front porch, rear metal stairs, and three parking stalls. The project, being pursued by owner A-Z Builders Inc, has a reported cost of $380,000. Architect Andy Kacprzynski is behind designs.
Fees associated with the permit include $300 for building fees paid, $75 for zoning fees paid, $2,000 in unpaid building fees, and $1,878 in other unpaid fees. The total fee for the permit is $4,253.

Seriously. I lived at 2710 west Jackson blvd for 10 years. And these developers are ruining the neighborhood with these awful buildings. They do not aesthetically fit the neighborhood. It’s sad to see
