The plans are being presented by developer GW Properties who is working with local firm Pappageorge Haymes on the design.

This project, under the development of GW Properties and designed by Pappageorge Haymes, marks a shift from a previous all-retail proposal. Set to occupy large vacant lot formerly used by People’s Gas, the five-building complex would be a significant addition to the recent surge of new units and retail within the Six Corners area. The construction would follow other major projects in the vicinity such as the 206-unit 6 Corners Lofts and the 258-unit senior living development known as Clarendale Six Corners.
