Three single-family homes we looked at back in May on N Greenview Avenue in Uptown have topped out, and now brickwork has begun for two of them. Once the location of the First Spanish Christian Church at North Greenview and West Sunnyside, the lot created by the church’s demolition received three new construction permits in January of this year.
Three new homes at 4454-4458 North Greenview will replace the former First Spanish Christian Church on the corner of Sunnyside and Greenview in Uptown. The church was demolished in January to make room for three new single-family homes along Greenview Avenue.

A new permit has been issued for a four-story residential building to be located at 1363 W Hubbard Street in West Loop. Replacing a three-story frame residence, the project is being built by owner Maurice Connolly, whose plans include three total residential units.
New details have been revealed for a mixed-use development at 1887 N Milwaukee Avenue in the southwestern end of BucktownStoneberg + Gross Associates on its design.
