Amenities include a pool, fitness center, rooftop terrace, and deck, along with parking for 95 vehicles and 185 bicycles.

Alongside other recent projects like 225 N Elizabeth Street, Fulbrix, and 1400 W Randolph Street, the planned 34-story tower continues to push the boundaries of the skyline further west.

Trammell Crow Company is developing the 379-foot-tall project, which will replace a former truck rental center and parking lot at the corner of Carroll Avenue and May Street. The development is adjacent to the proposed 315 N May Street, a 410-foot-tall office tower expected to break ground later this year.
Structural work is now above ground for a new Class A office and laboratory building is coming to Evanston, situated at 710 Clark Street across from the Northwestern University campus. Evanston Labs, developed by Trammell Crow Company, will offer a high-tech environment for companies in fields such as biomedicine, nanotechnology, and neuroscience.
Exterior construction has completed for Trammell Crow Company’s 400 N Aberdeen, a new 16-story development by Trammell Crow Company, situated just north of the Fulton Market District in West Town. This mixed-use project serves as the second phase to the developer’s Fulton Labs campus, whose first installment was the 14-story “West End on Fulton” at 1375 W Fulton Market Street. This latest addition to the expanding campus is primarily made up of offices with built in lab spaces, meant to gear towards biotechnology and life science companies. Other programming includes ground-level retail, a large open lobby, a 175-car parking garage, and a suite of office amenities.
